IEG Internet Privacy Policy

InterculturalEdGroup.com is strongly committed to the privacy of its visitors. We know privacy is of concern to most Internet users; therefore we want to communicate the circumstances under which we might collect information and how we will use any information you provide us. This privacy policy sets out the information and data collected, the purpose of its collection and the people with whom or the circumstances under which we might reveal that data.

1. On behalf of InterculturalEdGroup.com you must provide personal information in order to submit our online Interest Form or our Contact Form and to make a payment through PayPal. PayPal uses secure processing.

2.As per Paypal policy, third party sharing is only used in the following to third parties solely for the purpose of verifying the payment solution you choose, i.e. your credit card or in the event of suspected fraud, they will contact the proper authorities and provide some or all of the data collected. Please review PayPal's privacy policy for further information.

3. InterculturalEdGroup.com's (IEG) website does not currently require session cookies. Check this policy from time to time to see if we may change this aspect.

4. IEG may collect personal information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address in our database so that we can contact you in the future. This information is not stored on the Internet. We may only use this information to communicate with you about the Florida Intercultual Academy. If you do not wish future contact, simply let us know. We will not inundate you with Spam email.

5. In the future, we may offer a mailing list so that we may provide you information about updates about IEG. We will contact you one time with an offer to join the mailing list. Thereafter, you will not receive further contact unless you sign up for the mailing list.

IEG will not share, sell or otherwise reveal data of our visitors except in the event of suspected fraud. In which case, we may share any and all data collected with those whom we believe are the appropriate authorities.

6. We review our site statistics from time to time. This data tells us the number of users visiting the site each day and if they were referred by another web site. Typically the statistics we review do not allow for identification of individual users, though it may provide us the originating ISP's of users. Should we obtain this information through our statistics program, we do not retain it and will not share this information with any outsiders except as specified under paragraph seven (7) below.

We review site statistical information to make sure each of our site pages are relevant, useful and render correctly. We like to know which pages are most beneficial and which are not being frequently used so that we may continue to provide the best content in areas of interest to site visitors. In addition, we need to know if something on the site somehow prevents visitors from visiting a page.

7. Any information about a web site visitor coming into our possession will not be sold, traded or given to anyone other than security experts and/or law enforcement or those we hire to assist us in protecting our site property. The only reason for our revealing information to these entities would be because:

For one reason or another we are compelled under law to provide this information;
You have given us an expressed written request to share information to specific people in order to assist you in some way;
Someone attempts to gain unauthorized access to our web site and/or servers, deface web pages, send Spam to our users, servers of the computers of visitors to the site, etc. In this case, we are committed to quickly revealing any and all data available to law enforcement, our security personnel, those that maintain our servers; and/or security experts.
We become aware of potentially criminal or harassing behavior by a web site visitor.
