IEG targets future leaders. There is a significant projected national need for school administrators in Florida with greater emphasis on leadership and accountability. FELE testing Candidates seeking certification for Florida Educational Leadership Examination [FELE] often times desire assistance in study skills. IEG will offer guidance in studying for the examination’s eight areas divided into three subtests:

Subtest 1 - School Management: Leadership, Management, Personnel
Subtest 2 - Communications
Subtest 3 - School Operations: Curriculum, Finance, Law, and Technology
